Nestled in Changji City, Xinjiang, China, the core area of the Northern Slope Economic Belt of the Tianshan Mountains, the Urumqi-Changji-Shihezi Urban Agglomeration and the Xinjiang hub of the Silk Road Economic Belt, Changji University is a public undergraduate university, a state-run undergraduate institution affiliated with the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, with a 67-year educational heritage. 昌吉学院现有教职工1375人，全日制在校生27550人，涵盖本科生、专科生、硕士研究生多层次生源。办学条件优越，校区占地面积2984亩，有各类教学科研仪器、设备，丰富的图书资源等，为来华留学生提供完善的学习生活保障。
The university currently has 1,375 faculty and staff members and 27,550 full-time students, including undergraduates, junior college students and postgraduates. Covering a total area of 2,984 mu, furnished with a full range of teaching and research instruments, and equipment as well as abundant library resources, delivering comprehensive support for international students in study and daily life.
学校设有15个二级教学单位，开设67个本科专业，覆盖工学、理学、经济学、法学、农学、教育学、文学、管理学、艺术学九个学科门类，已逐步形成了专业设置比较合理，理工科引领、多学科协同发展的办学格局。
Comprising 15 secondary teaching units, the university offers 67 undergraduate programs spanning nine disciplines: Engineering, Science, Economics, Law, Agriculture, Education, Literature, Management and Art. It has formed a well-structured disciplinary layout featuring leading science and engineering programs and coordinated development of multiple disciplines.
学校紧紧围绕中国新疆特色优势产业发展需求，在新能源新材料、煤电煤化工、航空等领域打造特色专业群。现有1个一级学科硕士学位授权点、4个专业学位硕士授权点；拥有1个国家级一流本科专业、1个自治区重点学科、10个自治区一流本科专业及23门自治区级一流本科课程。还建立了2个自治区重点实验室、2个自治区教学示范中心和1个自治区文科基地。
Aligning with the development needs of characteristic and advantageous industries in Xinjiang, China, the university has built distinctive program clusters focusing on new energy and new materials, coal power and coal chemical engineering, aviation and other fields. It currently offers 1 Master’s Degree Authorization Point of First-Class Discipline and 4 Professional Master’s Degree Authorization Points. The university boasts 1 national first-class undergraduate major, 1 key discipline of the autonomous region, 10 autonomous regional first-class undergraduate majors and 23 autonomous regional first-class undergraduate courses. In addition, it has established 2 key laboratories at the autonomous regional level, 2 autonomous regional teaching demonstration centers and 1 autonomous regional liberal arts research base.

非中国籍公民，身体健康，品行端正，遵守中华人民共和国法律法规及昌吉学院校纪校规，热爱中国文化，具备相应学历及语言能力，有志于来华学习深造的各国适龄青年。
Applicants shall be non-Chinese citizens with good health and conduct. They must abide by Laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China as well as the school rules and disciplines of Changji University, have a passion for Chinese culture, possess corresponding academic qualifications and language proficiency, and aspire to pursue further studies in China.

本科生项目：高中毕业或同等学历，年龄一般不超过25周岁；
Undergraduate Programs: Applicants shall hold a high school diploma or equivalent academic qualification, and generally be under 25 years of age.
语言进修项目：无学历硬性要求，年龄一般为18-50周岁，具备基本学习能力即可。
Chinese Language Training Programs: No mandatory academic qualification is required. Applicants aged between 18 and 50 with basic learning capabilities are eligible.

本科生项目：申请各本科专业的学生建议提供HSK4级及以上证书（有效期2年）或者提供中文水平的相关证明；未达到相应语言标准者，须在昌吉学院中国语言文学学院修读预科汉语课程，预科结业后汉语水平达到HSK4级及以上方可进入专业学习。
Undergraduate Programs: Applicants are recommended to provide an HSK Level 4 or above certificate (valid for 2 years) or other documents proving Chinese proficiency. Those who fail to meet the language standard shall take preparatory Chinese courses at the School of Chinese Language and Literature, Changji University. They can proceed to professional studies only after passing HSK Level 4 or above upon completion of the preparatory courses.
语言进修项目：语言进修生无HSK等级要求，入学后参加学校汉语分级教学。
Chinese Language Training Programs: No specified HSK level is required. New students will be placed into corresponding classes based on Chinese proficiency assessment after enrollment.

无犯罪记录，提供本国公安机关出具的无犯罪记录证明；身心健康，符合中国来华留学体检标准，提供《外国人体格检查表》；具备良好的学习态度和经济能力，可保障在华学习期间的学习、生活及相关费用。
Provide a non-criminal record certificate issued by the competent public security authority of the home country. Be in good physical and mental health and meet the physical examination standards for international students in China, with a completed Physical Examination Form for Foreigners. Possess a positive learning attitude and sufficient financial capacity to cover all expenses during the stay in China.

语言进修项目 Chinese Language Training Programs
开设初级、中级、高级汉语进修班，侧重汉语听说读写综合能力培养，兼顾中国文化、国情教育，满足来华留学生汉语学习及预科学习需求。
We offer elementary, intermediate and advanced Chinese courses, focusing on the comprehensive training of listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Courses also cover Chinese culture and national conditions to meet the needs of language learning and pre-university preparation.

五、申请时间与流程

我校每学年分为两个学期，春季学期（3月—7月）和秋季学期（9月—次年1月）。春季入学申请者，需在每年1月10日之前将申请材料寄出；秋季入学申请者，需要在每年6月30日之前完成申请材料的寄送。请确保在规定的时间内将申请材料寄交至指定地址。
The academic year consists of two semesters: Spring Semester (March - July) and Autumn Semester (September - January of the next year). Applicants for Spring Semester: Submit all application documents before January 10 every year. Applicants for Autumn Semester: Submit all application documents before June 30 every year. Please send the application materials to the designated address within the specified time.

材料审核：学校外事办对申请材料进行初审，相关二级教学单位开展专业审核，必要时组织线上考核/面试；
Document Review: The Foreign Affairs Office conducts preliminary review, and relevant secondary teaching units carry out professional assessment. Online tests or interviews may be arranged when necessary.
录取公示：审核通过后，学校发放《录取通知书》及《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202），公示录取结果；
Admission Announcement: Qualified applicants will receive the Admission Notice and Visa Application Form for Foreign Students Coming to China (JW202). Admission results will be publicly announced.
签证办理：学生凭录取材料向中国驻外使领馆申请学习签证；
Visa Application: Apply for a student visa at Chinese embassies or consulates overseas with the admission documents.
报到注册时间及要求：按录取通知书规定时间到校报到。春季生：2月25日—28日注册报到入学领取教材；秋季生：8月25日—31日注册报到入学领取教材。在规定时间内完成体检复核、学籍注册、宿舍入住等手续，逾期未报到且无特殊说明者，取消录取资格。
Registration Time and Requirements: Complete registration, physical examination recheck, student status registration and dormitory check-in within the specified period. Spring Semester: Registration from February 25 to 28. Autumn Semester: Registration from August 25 to 31. Complete procedures including physical review, student status registration and dormitory check-in within the specified time. Admission will be revoked for those who fail to register on time without valid reasons.
六、收费标准（人民币/学年）

本科专业：文科类、管理类14000元/学年；
Undergraduate majors (Arts & Humanities, Management): CNY 14,000 per academic year.
长、短期进修项目（学习时长＜180 天，属短期项目；学习时长≥180 天，属长期项目）：短期3200元/月；长期14000元/学年;
Long-term and short-term study programs (Programs with a duration of less than 180 days are short-term programs; those of 180 days or more are long-term programs): Short-term programs: CNY 3,200 per month; Long-term programs: CNY 14,000 per academic year.
其他费用 / Other Fees
报名费：400元；
Application Fee: CNY 400.
住宿费：四人间360元/人/月；双人间500元/人/月；
Accommodation Fee: CNY 360 per person per month for four bed rooms; CNY 500 per person per month for two-bed rooms.
保险费：800元/学年，400元/半年；
Insurance Fee: CNY 800 per academic year; CNY 400 per half-year.
教材费、体检费、签证费等按实际产生费用缴纳。
Textbook fees, physical examination fees, visa fees and other expenses shall be paid according to actual costs incurred.

Academic Support: Each international student will be assigned a dedicated academic tutor for Chinese tutoring, professional guidance and thesis supervision. Students have full access to libraries, laboratories, training centers and all teaching resources.
生活服务：配备学生宿舍，配套生活设施；提供签证办理、居留许可更新、保险购买、体检预约等一站式行政服务；
Living Services: Well-furnished student dormitories are provided. One-stop administrative services are available for visa application, residence permit renewal, insurance purchase and physical examination reservation.
文化交流：定期组织汉语角、中国传统文化体验、丝绸之路文化研学、中外学生联谊等活动，助力来华留学生了解中国文化、融入校园生活；
Cultural Exchange: Regular activities including Chinese corners, traditional Chinese culture experiences, Silk Road cultural study tours and Sino-foreign student gatherings are held to help international students understand Chinese culture and integrate into campus life.
管理规范：来华留学生在校期间需严格遵守中华人民共和国法律法规及昌吉学院各项管理规定，遵守校纪校规，服从学校教育管理，完成学业考核。
